Research is the starting point for most marketing projects.
To be effective, your activities must be based on accurate,
up-to-date information. To obtain it, we can either carry
out market research for you, or we can tell you what you need
to do to develop your marketing plan.
As you have regular contact with your customers, you know
the business you're in. Sometimes you will only need
to ask a few questions to get the extra information you need.
In our experience, just 20% of the questions can provide 80%
of the insight; but knowing which questions to ask
is vital. This is where we can help: you can then conduct
the actual research yourself.

and we can also investigate these for you. We can conduct
primary research, using a range of methodologies from telephone
interviews to on-line polling. We can also carry out secondary
research via the Internet if required.
