Client: Silverwell Dental Surgery

Part of the Silverwell brief was to increase the level of referrals for dental implants from local dentists who did not offer that service themselves.

Before Marketing on a Shoestring got stuck into the project the first phase was to conduct some research.

This was achieved through face-to-face meetings.

The first step was to meet with the implant system supplier to understand how her other customers had developed their referral business and then to meet with another dentist practice who had already been through the same exercise.

Using the knowledge gained from these meetings; combined with Silverwell own objectives Marketing on a Shoestring was able to put together a referral plan that was built on the knowledge and experience of many people.
